Description: 4 lighted sculptures on each of three bridges
Caption: "Bridge Flowers' is a reference to Rochester's nickname, "The Flower City," with a symbolic gesture toward the rich history and the positive growth of the Dutchtown area in which the sculptures dwell. The Dutchtown community was very involved with the choosing of the winning sculpture design."
